Charges and taxes for the room rate (s) will be shown, as on the final price and on the confirmation email. Cancellations and modifications

Parking spaces for our customers are available at 2 chemin Padden, Chelsea, QC, J9B1J6 or 10 chemin Scott, Chelsea, QC, J9B1J3. Les Lofts du Village is not responsible if any client of the Lofts du Village parks in a nearby business and is towed away.
Lofts du Village are not responsible for any theft in any of the rented accommodation units. The doors lock automatically and theft is said to be the result of the negligence of someone who improperly closed their door behind them.
Lofts du Village reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of $ 500 for any damage or breakage caused to the furniture of a rented unit, to furnishings, to the Murphy bed, to appliances and to the unit in general.
Lofts du Village also reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of $ 500 for any theft of furniture.
Lofts du Village is a non-smoking establishment, a fee of $ 250 will be charged if you do not respect this instruction. Smoking is also prohibited on the balconies and on the ground floor patios.
Pets are only accepted with reservation and in only one specific loft. You will be billed for a fee of $ 250 if you do not respect this instruction.
A charge of $ 60 for each additional person (per night) will apply if the number of guests does not match the reservation.
No party, gathering or reception. A fee of $250 will be charge if not respected.
